11.14 Governing Law and Disputes
Applicable law, arbitration procedures, and how legal disputes between you and CryptoBazaar are handled.
§Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
§Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be India. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.
