11.11 Privacy and Data
How CryptoBazaar collects, processes, and protects your personal data.
§Data Collection and Processing
We collect and process only the data necessary to operate the Platform. Key principles:
KYC data (Aadhaar, PAN, biometric liveness) is processed via Didit and is never stored on CryptoBazaar servers. Only the resulting cryptographic credential is stored, on your DID.
Bank statement PDFs are processed in-flight for ML scoring and discarded. We do not retain your statement.
We store: your Google account identifier, wallet address, DID, onboarding status, trade history (on-chain), and subscription status.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
