11.0 Important Notice

The Member Protection Fund described in Section 8 is a contractual service remedy for CryptoBazaar's screening failures - it is not an insurance product and is not regulated as such. Disbursements require proof that the freeze was caused by a failure in our vetting process (Section 8.4(e)), not merely that a freeze occurred. Payouts are discretionary and subject to fund availability. Please read Section 8 carefully.

These Terms of Use constitute the core legal contract between you and CryptoBazaar. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by every provision contained in these Terms. If any section is unclear, contact legal@cryptobazaar.co.in before proceeding.
