7.5 Understanding Platform Rules

The key rules and policies that all CryptoBazaar users must follow for a safe trading experience.

§Core Platform Rules

CryptoBazaar's platform rules are designed to create a fair and safe trading environment. The most important rules include: all users must complete KYC verification before trading, payments must come from accounts matching the user's verified identity, and all trade communication must happen through the platform.

Users must not engage in market manipulation, price fixing, or coordinated trading schemes. Each user may maintain only one account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate the system is prohibited.

§Consequences of Violations

Violations of platform rules result in consequences proportional to the severity of the offence. Minor first-time violations may result in a warning. Repeated violations lead to temporary account suspension.

Serious violations such as confirmed fraud, identity theft, or money laundering result in permanent account bans. In cases of criminal activity, CryptoBazaar cooperates with law enforcement and shares relevant information as required by law.

Users who are permanently banned cannot create new accounts. The platform maintains records to prevent banned users from returning under new identities.

§How to Report Violations

If you observe another user violating platform rules, report them through CryptoBazaar's reporting system. Provide specific details about the violation, including trade IDs, screenshots, and any other relevant evidence.

Reports are reviewed by the security team and investigated thoroughly. You will receive a notification about the outcome of your report once the investigation is complete.

Reporting violations helps maintain the integrity of the platform for all users. Even if a violation did not directly affect you, reporting it can prevent harm to other community members.
